6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Banali Flow purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at hello@banalihealth.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
