How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@banalihealth.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Refund eligibility on subscription orders follows the same 30-day guarantee from each shipment date.
